The Corries

Scottish duo playing mainly traditional Scottish folksongs. On the early albums they were a trio with Paddie Bell. Roy invented the combolin - a multi-fretboard combination of guitar and mandolin. Roy Williamson (1936 - 1990)

(Roy Williamson is not related to Robin Williamson of the Incredible String Band. They are the author of the well-known song "Flower of Scotland".)
