Dave Swarbrick (born 1941)
English fiddle player, playing mainly traditional tunes. Also sings
occasionally. Born in Birmingham of Polish descent.
(Dave Swarbrick has also recorded with the Ian Campbell Folk Group,
Vashti Bunyan, Fairport Convention, Martin Carthy, The Young Tradition, Alistair
Hulett, Bert Jansch and Swarb's Lazarus. In 1999 The Daily Telegraph printed his obituary.
Dave was merely in hospital and found it amusing.)
